Six municipalities run their own distributors (Sherbrooke, Saguenay's Jonquière borough, Alma, Magog, Baie-Comeau and Westmount) and are not on this arrangement, as is part of Saint-Hyacinthe, served by the Coopérative d'électricité de Saint-Jean-Baptiste.
