By using solarinstallquotes.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old and a homeowner (or authorized to make solar-installation decisions on behalf of a property owner) to use the Site.

We connect homeowners with solar installation companies (our "installer partners," listed at /buyer-partners). We are not a solar installer ourselves; we do not install equipment, finance projects, sell solar systems, or guarantee installer performance.

How we make money - FTC affiliate disclosure. When you submit a quote request, we share your details with one matched installer partner. The installer pays us a per-lead referral fee. This payment exists regardless of whether you end up working with the installer. We disclose this here, on the installer partner page, and on every page where we recommend or describe an installer.

The actual installation, equipment, warranty, and customer service are provided by the installer you choose - not by us.

Accuracy. Information you provide should be your own and accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Property authority. You represent that you have legal authority over the property whose information you submit.

No abuse. Don't submit fake quote requests, scrape the Site, attempt to bypass our security, or use the Site to harass installers.

You may not use the Site to:

Submit information about a property without the owner's authorization.

Send automated requests, use bots, or attempt to circumvent rate limiting.

Solicit installers in our network outside the matching process.

Reverse-engineer, modify, or copy any part of the Site or its underlying code.

The Site, its design, code, and content are owned by TechCreationsLabs LLC. You may not copy or distribute them without our written permission. Brand names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners (including installers and federal/provincial program names).

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." We make no warranties about the accuracy of estimates, the availability of installers, or the outcome of any solar installation. Estimates shown on geo pages are illustrative; your actual quote will be sized by your installer.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INSTALLER PERFORMANCE. Each installer is independently licensed, insured, and responsible for its own work. Disputes between you and an installer are between you and that installer.

NO TAX OR FINANCIAL ADVICE. Information about rebates, tax credits (including IRC §25D and §48E), and financing programs is general and may not reflect your specific situation. Consult a tax professional or financial advisor before relying on any specific number.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechCreationsLabs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms.
