Do Not Call / Do Not Contact
How to opt out of phone, SMS, and email contact from us and our matched installer partners.
If you no longer wish to be contacted by SolarInstallQuotes or by an installer we matched you with, you have two options.
Option 1: Email us
Email privacy@solarinstallquotes.com with the subject line “Do Not Call” and include the phone number and email address you want removed. We honor these requests within 10 business days.
Option 2: Tell the installer directly
If a matched installer has already contacted you, you can ask that installer directly to stop contacting you. The installer assigned to you comes from our published list at /buyer-partners.
National do-not-call registries
You may also register your number with the national do-not-call registry for your country:
- United States — National Do Not Call Registry (donotcall.gov)
- Canada — National Do Not Call List (lnnte-dncl.gc.ca)
